We are happy to cancel and refund your order within 48 hours of your purchase.

If 48 hours have passed since purchase, any cancellations or refunds because of a change of mind are at the owner's discretion.

Refunds

At the moment, we only issue refunds and do not accept returns due to the nature of the goods we sell.

If your order is defective, damaged or not as described, or our service did not meet your expectations, we will investigate the issue and appropriately issue a full refund.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
